Scottish Craft Butchers can advise on allergen information and can work out the content declarations (QUID) for your meat products and do this at no additional cost no matter how many products you require done.

Help on Food Safety or Health and Safety. If you are being asked to comply with regulations to an extent that you feel may be in excess of legal requirement Scottish Craft Butchers can take this up with the relevant authority on your behalf.

Scottish Craft Butchers retains experts on employment law, to provide members with support 7 days a week and for 24 hours per day. A word with these friendly Scottish based advisors can save on costs, stress and lost sleep.

Posters, competitions and PR is generated by the SCB to enhance the growing belief that it is better to shop for properly matured and prepared meat at specialist and skilled butchers.
