SCQF Level 5 (Level 2) Modern Apprenticeship in Meat & Poultry Processing and Butchery Retail Skills

This is the perfect qualification wanting to come into the trade from scratch, building up skills as they progress through their qualification. Suitable for young people just leaving school or people just wanting to make a start in the industry.

To attain the qualification candidates must complete 8 units in total. This comprises:

◆ 2 Mandatory units
◆ 4 units from Group B
◆ The remaining 2 units can be taken from Group B,C,D
