For the past thirty years, we have successfully delivered training to the retail and wholesale meat industry.

Who are we?
We are the training arm of the Scottish Federation of Meat Traders Associations.
What do we offer?
In Scotland we offer Scottish Vocational Qualifications (SVQs) in the Meat Industry and in Food and Drink.

We can provide training under the Skillseekers and Modern Apprenticeships programs. We will help you to identify your business` training needs, and fit them to your business objectives.
