We can offer assistance on all matters to do with Food Safety Act, Allergen Advice, QUID, Country of Origin Labelling, Beef Labelling etc.
We have representation on the Scottish Food Enforcement Liaison Committee where interpretation of regulations and guidance can be raised and Scottish Craft Butchers has a very useful working arrangement with Food Standards Scotland (FSS) where issues of understanding or gold plating by enforcers can be raised.
