Lamb Demonstration at Royal Highland Show
Stewart McClymont of Scottish Meat Training performed the cutting demonstration butterflying a Leg of Lamb each day for chef Christopher Trotter to barbecue.
The mouthwatering prospect of tasting some lovely barbecue lamb attracted the crowds. Also dropping in to taste the lamb was Cabinet Secretary Fergus Ewing.
While the lamb was cooking and then resting, Stewart was joined on stage by two enthusiastic burger makers.
