The older category who met in the Kerry Lucas sponsored, Meat Skills Scotland Final at the Scottish Meat Trades Fair in Perth on Sunday 7th September. Result was as follows:-

22 - 30 Event: Winner was Richard Megahy from Simon Howie Butchers, Perth

Other finalists were:-
South of Scotland Winner: Adam Lorimer from Simon Howie, Dunning
South of Scotland Runner Up: Graham Denholm from The Aberfoyle Butcher.
North of Scotland third in heat: Bruce Fyfe from Simon Howie, Perth.
North of Scotland Winner: Barry Green from Simon Howie Butchers, Perth
did not compete because of an injury

2003 MEAT SKILLS U22 CATEGORY

Under 22 Event was won by South of Scotland Winner: Michael Traynor from Simon Howie, Dunning.

Other finalists were:-
South of Scotland Runner Up: Gordon McGlasson from J Waters, Selkirk.
North of Scotland Winner: Brian MacVicar from DG Lindsay, Perth
