2005 MEAT SKILLS SCOTLAND COMPETITION

The 2005 Meat Skills competition was held at the Scottish Meat Challenge at the Business and Learning Centre, Lauder College, Dunfermline on Tuesday 20th September.




The overall talent found in this year`s competition continued at an extremely high standard and still improves year on year.

This is proving to be the arena for those forward thinking butchers who want to display their knife skills and innovation by presenting an array of visually appealing products to their customers.
