2012 SCOTTISH BLACK PUDDING CHAMPIONSHIPS
Sunday, 15th Apr 2012The Regional Heats of the 2012 Scottish Black Pudding Championships, sponsored by Dalziel Ltd, were judged week commencing Monday 16th April
The South West and West of Scotland heats were judged at Braehead Cook School in Kilmarnock, South East at Capital Cooling in Broxburn, East of Scotland at the Inchture Hotel and the North of Scotland at Inverness Caledonian Stadium.
The five regional winners will be mystery shopped and judged in a final later in the year.
