Dedication and innovation of young butchers celebrated at Meat Skills Final. The winners, sponsored by the Scotch Butchers Club (Quality Meat Scotland), are both from Aberdeenshire and employees of the same butchers business - Davidson Specialist Butchers, based in Inverurie.

2007 MEAT SKILLS SCOTLAND COMPETITION
Eight contestants thrilled the audience at the Scottish Meat Trades Fair in Perth on Sunday 13th May. The outcome despite a very fierce challenge from all the other finalists was a win for the two defending champions. Prizes were presented by Uel Morton, Chief Executive of Quality Meat Scotland.
