The winners were announced at the Annual Meeting of SFMTA held at Houston House Hotel, Uphall on Sunday 20th November

This is the first year of what is destined to become an annual Craft Butchers Training Awards and we were delighted with the response from our assessors, trainees, training partners and their customers who all nominated.
