The Scottish Craft Butchers' big day out

A celebration of the skills and products in the Scottish Independent Meat Industry will come together at this year’s Scottish Meat Challenge to be held in Lauder College, Dunfermline on Wednesday 20th September.

The Meat To Go awards will be presented in the morning whilst the Meat Skills Scotland competition reaches a climax. After the lunch all the other prize winners will be announced.

The finalists winning through from the Regional heats of the Beef Sausage, Speciality Sausage and Black Pudding competitions will have their products re-visited to determine who is going to be acclaimed Scottish Champion.

Invites have been sent out by Quality Meat Scotland.
