Forres butchers Macbeths and Williamson`s from Kirkwall flew the flag for Scotland`s Craft butchers in the Scotlands Larder at the Foodhall. Also featuring in this area were Corporate members Mrs Bridges and Walkers Shortbread.
Stewart McClymont from Blairdrummond Smiddy (Friday) and Sean Graham (Saturday) provided a lamb cutting demonstration on the NSA Scotland stand.
Sean also provided a venison cutting demonstration for Lantra on the Saturday morning.
Simon Howie and The Buffalo Farm provided catering outlets at the show.
SFMTA President Paul Boyle of Boghall Butcher (Thursday) and Fraser Collins from S Collins & Son, Muirhead also contributed to activities on the Quality Meat Scotland stand.
