COOKING WITH MEAT DVD
A DVD that was specifically produced to assist butchers inform both their staff and their customers on the best ways to cook meat. Scottish Craft Butchers can offer a free DVD to groups where they can be shown to a wider audience giving a broader understanding of how to cook meat.
Produced in conjunction with University of Abertay and funded by Dalziel Ltd.
The DVD shows cooking techniques for basic cuts of meat. Presenter Nicola Cargill from Arbroath makes the DVD simple and very instructional.
Every member of staff in a Scottish Craft Butchers` shop has been given the opportunity to view it so that they are fully prepared if customers ask for advice when buying meat.
Scottish Craft Butchers have been encouraged to offer the DVD to schools or colleges, youth groups, mothers and toddlers groups etc.
