Shaws are an innovative, award winning family run butchers with outlets in Lauder, Lasswade (Midlothian) and Innerleithen.
We purchase all of our stock locally through tried and trusted Borders farms, using our extensive chilling facilities to mature our carcases giving a premium product which is butchered with care.
Shaws are specialist suppliers to the catering trade, supplying many restaurants, hotels and institutions throughout the Borders, Lothians and Central Belt. We operate a daily refrigerated delivery service throughout these areas.
Shaws were finalists in the search for Britain's Best Butcher 2007 and 2008.
