Originally established in 1967 the name Tom Courts has been synonymous with quality in the Scottish meat trade. The business has been in many locations in fife and following a brief retiral in 2015, Tom Courts jnr re-established the business in his hometown of Burntisland in September 2016.
A multi-award winning butcher in his own right, Tom reached the pinnacle of his career (to date) in November 2017, when his new shop was crowned Britain`s Best New Butcher business, need we say any more!
Tom went one better in April 2019 when he was crowned, "Scottish Haggis Champion" which is the "Holy Grail" of awards in our industry.
