2018 Diamond Award Winning Burger
Judged the best speciality burger in Scotland. The Elderslie butcher had success in the 2018 Craft Butcher Awards evaluation for beefburgers and speciality burgers that was judged at Forth Valley College, Stirling in March.
Having been subjected to the rigorous and stringent judging process, success came with the best in the Speciality Burger category and Diamond award for their Outback Burger. The Australian inspired burger is made with beef, bacon, red onion and a barbecue sauce. The unique combination wowed the judges as much as it has the Elderslie shop’s customers.
The butcher’s success in this product evaluation did not stop there however, they also weighed out with gold awards for their Dry Aged Brisket Burger and Stornoway & Caramelised Red Onion Burger and silver for their Mexican Chilli Burger..
