We are Country Butchers dedicated to selling only Home Made products, where possible, with a well equipped and modern cooking and processing facility in the shop.
The products range from, Specialised Home Made Sausages including Gluten Free Pork Sausage to award winning Haggis and Black Pudding to exciting BBQ, Grilling or Pan Frying, home made dishes, ready for cooking needing no further work, to traditional Roasts, Steaks, Chops etc.
HOME COOKED MEATS: Roast Beef, Roast Pork, Roast Lamb, Boiled Ham Plain or Smoked, Roast Turkey, Meat Roll (Haslet) Plain or Onion.
OTHER COOKED MEATS: Gammon, Corned Beef, Chopped Pork, Lunch Tongue, Garlic Sausage, Smoked Sausage.
HOME MADE IN OUR BAKERY: Large Steak Pies, Scotch Pie, Mini (buffet) Scotch Pies, Large Bridies, Sausage Rolls, Mini (buffet) Sausage Rolls, Individual ashet Steak Pies, Scotch Steak Pies,, Family size Steak Mince Rounds, Individual Steak Mince Pies, Chicken Pies, Haggis Pies.
HOME MADE READY COOKED MEALS: Specialities cooked to our own recipes include, Bolognaise, Lasagne, Assorted Curries, Steak Lamb and Chicken Casserole, Cooked Mince with carrot and onion, Stovie Tatties, Shepherds Pie, Pork and Chicken Sweet and Sour, Macaroni Cheese, Big Eric`s Nippy Beef, Chilli Con Carne, Italian Meat Balls, Mexican Meat Balls, Greek Pasticcio and many others.
HOME MADE SOUPS: Scotch Broth, Lentil Soup, Tattie Soup, Chicken Soup, Summer Soup, Carrot and Coriander Soup.
All sold frozen, in microwave dishes, unless the dish of the day which is fresh.
