2010 Scottish Black Pudding Champions
"Fraser Brothers" have long been the home of quality meats for over a century and have long lasting and strong ties to the community. Founded in 1888 by the Fraser Brothers in a shop below the Royal Hotel in Dingwall. A prominent market town in ross-shire just north of inverness the shop was then owned by Mr William fraser today. 126 year later owned by his grandson Mr William Fraser Hutcheson and still providing the same high quality of service. Selling local beef, lamb, pork, venison and award winning pies and Puddings.
We are the 2010 black pudding champions.
