Craft Butchers on Show

John Lawson, Uphall and Robert Watson, Leven provided the theatre on the QMS Stand at the Royal Highland Show

Scottish Craft Butchers were delighted to use the offer to deliver the butchery demonstrations on the Quality Meat Scotland stand at this year`s Royal Highland Show.

John Lawson of John Lawsons, Butchers and Robert Watson from Watsons of Leven were present on the Thursday and Friday respectively. Commentary during their demonstrations was ably provided by Gordon King and Stewart McClymont from Scottish Meat Training.

The demonstrations were held immediately prior to the cookery demonstrations by the legendary Lady Claire MacDonald.
