John Saunderson High Class Family Butchers was established in 1958 by the present owners grandfather.
We sell top quality Beef, Lamb and Pork all sourced locally from the Scottish Borders and produce our own haggis, white & black pudding, pies, bacon, cooked meats and a wide selection of sausages.
You can be sure of a warm welcome and helpful service when visiting our shop, which is located next to the Kings Theatre - a short distance from Edinburgh city centre.
