Sourcing: You can rely on us to source the best of Scottish meats. As members of the “Scotch Butchers Club,” we are approved stockists of “Scotch Beef”, “Scotch Lamb” and “Specially Selected Scotch Pork”.
Much of our meat is procured directly from selected farms, including our beef and our outdoor bred pork and free range chicken. Our venison is taken from Scotland’s finest wild red deer.
You can be sure we know exactly where our meat comes from
Preparation: Our meat is traditionally matured (hung), with steak cuts given up to 4 weeks and then skilfully prepared to ensure trim levels and tenderness do not disappoint.

Product range: Many award-winning products with over 40 varieties of sausage, superb steak pies, dry-cured bacon , haggis, and many kitchen-ready products, all complemented by our Deli department with our own small pies, pastries, salads, quiches, cooked ham, beef and pork, along with cheese, bakery and dairy goods, etc.
